低合金钢大气腐蚀性能的研究

摘    要:低合金钢在不同的江面铁路上暴露8年的结果表明,导致江面铁路桥上腐蚀异常严重的主要环境因素是运行机车排放的SO2。钢材的腐蚀率随环境中SO2沉积率的增加而增加,其保含锰低合金钢的耐蚀性能防暴露时间的延长朝普碳钢接近或较差的方向发展。

Abstract:Results of exposure of low alloy steel over the surface of different river bridges for 8 long years indicate that the main environmental factor resulting in extremely serious corrosion of the steel over the river railuay bridges is the exhaust gas SO 2 discharged from cars running across the bridges.The corrosion rate of the steel is increasing with the settling rate of SO 2, in which the corrosion resistance of Mn containing low alloy steel will turn gradually to be equal to and even worse than that of the commen carbon steel with the elapse of the exposure time
