“十五”期间我国磷肥、硫酸行业生产和消费概述

介绍“十五”期间我国磷肥、硫酸行业生产和消费情况,重点介绍2005年磷肥各品种产量及产品结构、硫酸产量及原料结构以及磷复肥和硫磺、硫酸的表观消费量、进出口的情况。2005年,磷肥产量达1 125万t P2O5,高浓度磷肥的比例占60.3%;硫酸产量4 625万t,其中硫铁矿与硫磺制酸分别占34.8%与42.7%;国产磷肥自给率已达96.4%,国内市场占有率达89.7%,进口磷肥市场占有率仅占10.3%。预测2006年,磷肥与硫酸产量分别为1 200万t P2O5和5 100万t,进口硫酸200万t。

The production and consumption of domestic phosphate fertilizer and sulfuric acid during the period of the Tenth Five -Year Plan

A review is made to the production & consumption of phosphate fertilizer and sulfuric acid industries in China during the period of the Tenth FiveYear Plan.The outputs and structure of various phosphate fertilizers,the output of sulfuric acid and its structure of raw materials,as well as the appearance consumption and the import/export amounts of phosphoric and compound fertilizer,elemental sulfur and sulfuric acid in 2005 are discussed in details.The total output of phosphate fertilizer in 2005 is 11.25 million tons P_2O_5 with the proportion of 60.3% in highanalysis phosphate fertilizer.The total output of sulfuric acid in the same year is 46.25 million tons with the raw material proportions of 34.8% in the production from pyrite and of 42.7% from elemental sulfur.The selfproviding rate of Chinamade phosphate fertilizer is 96.4% with the domestic market share of 89.7%.In 2006,the outputs of phosphate fertilizer and sulfuric acid are predicted for 12 million tons P_2O_5and 51 million tons respectively,meanwhile the import amount of sulfuric acid for 2 million tons.
