摘    要:以三乙胺为模板剂,用水热法合成了磷酸硅钴铝分子筛CoAPSO-5的纯相大单晶。测定了其化学组成,通过X射线衍射、电子探针、扫描电镜、红外光谱等方法进行了结构分析,证实了钴、硅进入了分子筛骨架.同时对CoAPSO—5分子筛的吸附性能、热稳定性及表面酸性进行了研究。

Abstract:Lok et al applied for an European patent in 1985 on invention of crystalline cobaltsilicoaluminophosphate sieve CoAPSO-5[1]. The authors, after very careful search, have not foundany improvement on this invention. But Lob's crystals were not pure.In this paper the authors present the structure and properties of pure CoAPSO--5 single crystalsynthesized by them. In the authors synthesis experiments, two kinds of template and three kinds of aluminum sourcewere tried. Finally aluminum hydroxidc as aluminum source and tricthylaminc as tcmplate werefound to give pure single crystal.X-ray diffraction, SEM and other tests were performed.It was found that in the pure singlecrystal, aluminum and phosphorus in framework of AlPO4-5 are partially replaced respectively bycobalt and silicon. Such replacement is found to change neutral framework of AlPO4-5 and makeCoAPSO-5 sieve much improved in following respects:thermal stability properties, adsorptionproperties and surface acidity. CoAPSO-5 possesses much higher catalytic activity and is likely tohave a promising future in application.
