摘    要:本文提供了一种利用微通道反应器设备,连续硝化制备2,4-二硝基氯苯的工艺路线.考察了硝化物料配比及硝化反应条件对产物合成的影响,得到一组相对优化的反应条件:混酸配比(ω%)为浓硝酸:浓硫酸:水=27∶71∶2,硝化比为2.2,反应温度为81~85℃,反应压力为0.60~ 0.65 MPa,反应停留时间为4.5~5.5 ...

Abstract:A new process was provided for the continuous nitration of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene using microchannel reactor equipment.The influence of nitrification material ratio and nitration reaction conditions on product synthesis was investigated,and a set of relatively superior reaction conditions were obtained:mixed acid ratio(ω%)was concentrated nitric acid∶concentrated sulfuric acid∶water=27∶71∶2,nitrification ratio was 2.2,the reaction temperature was 81~85℃,the reaction pressure was 0.60~0.65 MPa,and the reaction residence time was 4.5~5.5 min.The purity and yield of 2,4-nitrochlorobenzene reached 94.5%~95.5%and 94.0%respectively.
