| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种大型塑料模浇注系统断面尺寸的设计与修正方法。采用这种方法,既可直接确定塑料模普通浇注系统的主流道、分流道、浇口的断面尺寸,也可用来校核凭经验设计的浇注系统的断面尺寸的正确性。有利于提高产品质量,缩短模具制造周期。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a method for calculating the ordinary pouring system section size of large injection mold. This method is newly developed based on years of plastic mold design and teaching research. By using this method, not only the ordinary pouring system section size of main pouring ways, branch pouring ways and runners can be decided, but also the correctness of the pouring system section size designed by experience can be tested. Thus the problems of plastic mold design can be solved, and the mold manufacturing period can be shortened. |
