摘    要:锅炉排烟温度高严重影响其经济运行。对莱钢热电厂型钢锅炉车间130t/h锅炉排烟温度偏高原因进行了认真分析,查明引起锅炉排烟温度商的主要原因是减温水用量过大、锅炉系统漏风和受热面结垢。经过对3台锅炉主要漏风点进行了治理,受热面进行清垢和燃烧优化调整后,锅炉排烟温度由185℃左右下降至165℃左右。锅炉排烟损失减少了约1.8%。

Abstract:High fume exhausting temperature of a boiler has a senous ettect on its running. Causes of high fume exhausting temperature of 130t/h boiler for the profile steel boiler workshop of the heat power plant of Laiwu Iron & Steel Group are analyzed seriously. It is found out that the main causes are excessive attempering water, air leakage of the boiler system and scaling of heating surface. Main air leakage points of three boilers are maintained. The scaling of the heating surface is cleaned up and burning is optimized. Thus, fume exhausting temperature of the boiler decreases from about 185℃ to about 165℃ and fume exhausting loss of the boiler reduces by some 1.8%.
