负载贵金属的层柱分子筛抗硫中毒性能研究

摘    要:以苯为模型化合物研究了负载贵金属的层柱分子筛(PLC)催化剂在苯加氢反应中的抗硫性能。考察了在Al-CLM和Al-CLB上负载Pt或Pd的单金属催化剂和负载双金属Pt和Pd催化剂的抗硫性能,不同的Pt/Pd比对催化剂抗硫性能的影响。结果表明,Pt(Pd)/PLC的抗硫性能远远低于Pt(Pd)/γ-Al2O3催化剂的抗硫性能;Pt/PLC抗硫性能优于Pd/PLC的抗硫性能;Pt(Pd)/Al-CLM的抗硫性能优于Pt(Pd)/Al-CLB催化剂的抗硫性能;Pt-Pd/PLC的抗硫性能较单金属催化剂的抗硫性能得到明显改善,且Pt/Pd比对其抗硫性能有重要影响,当含Pt的质量分数为0.3%,含Pd的质量分数为0.9%时,Pt-Pd/Al-CLM催化剂的抗硫性能最佳。

Abstract:The behavior of the sulphur-resistance of the hydrogenation of benzene as model chemical compound over pillared-layer clays(PLC) loaded with precious metals was studied. The results showed that the behavior of the sulphur-resistance of the Pt (Pd)/γ-Al 2O 3 was superior to that of Pt(Pd)/PLC, The behavior of the sulphur-resistance of the Pt/PLC was superior to that of Pd/PLC, The behavior of the sulphur-resistance of the Pt(Pd)/Al-CLM was superior to that of Pt(Pd)Al-CLB,The behavior of the sulphur-resistance of the Pt-Pd/PLC compared to the single metal catalysts is clearly improved. The ration of Pt/Pd has very important effect on the behavior of the sulphur-resistance of the Pt-Pd/PLC and the behavior of the sulphur-resistance of the Pt-Pd/PLC is the best when the catalyst contain Pt 0.3%,Pd 0.9%
