六路矩形波导功分器分析和设计

摘    要:功分器是各种微波系统中的重要组成部件,其特性直接影响到整个系统的性能。为改善功分器的指标,提出了一种六路级联型矩形波导功分器,该功分器在6个输出端口获得了良好的幅相一致性,同时具有不错的回波损耗。借助三维仿真软件设计了一个应用在43.5~45.5 GHz频段的六路功分器,对其尺寸进行了优化,并进行了加工和测试。测试结果与仿真结果吻合很好,对所提出功分器的性能进行了验证。

Abstract:Power divider is one of the important components in various microwave systems and its performance has a distinct influences on performance of the whole system.For the sake of pursuing better performance of divider,a six-way cascaded rectangular waveguide divider is proposed in this paper.The structure exhibits good consistency in both magnitude and phase between six output ports,while has a good return loss.A six-way divider operating in 43-46 GHz is designed in this paper;3D simulations are employed to design and optimize the dimensions,while fabrication and test are made.The test results show a good agreement with simulations, which validate the performance of the proposed divider.
