摘    要:在水电站的实际安装运行中发现,已安装运行的中小型微机调速器中,相当一部分还是采用模拟方式测频,然后再将模拟信号转换成数字信号,存在两次信号转换误差。某水电站微机调速器采用既简单方便、测量精度又高的数字测频鉴相电路,具有自动跟踪功能,在实际应用中效果较好。

Abstract:In the installation and operation of hydropower station, it is found that most of the installed and operated small- and medium-sized computer-aided speed governor adopted analogue frequency measurement method. It exists signal transmission error when the analogue signal is shifted into digital signal. In a hydropower station, its computer-aided speed governor adopted a digital frequency measurement and phase monitoring circuit with easy and convenient operation and high measurement accuracy. Such circuit has automatic tracing function and has gained good effectiveness in the actual application.
