基于ANSYS的超大跨度斜拉桥的索力模拟

摘    要:目的基于ANSYS平台建立斜拉桥的力学分析模型,实现已知索力的精确模拟,为进一步的分析计算提供依据,也为类似问题的ANSYS二次开发提供思路.方法考虑斜拉索索力之间的相互影响,根据矩阵分析的方法推导循环迭代公式,利用单元初应变或温度荷载模拟索力,并以某主跨1400m斜拉桥设计方案为算例,验证方法的可行性.结果采用常规循环迭代法,迭代30次后,索力误差仍有5%左右,而采用矩阵分析法,迭代30次后,索力模拟误差控制在1%以内,有效解决了索力模拟的收敛性问题.结论矩阵分析法是常规循环迭代法的推广,基于该方法的索力模拟方法精度较高,适用于超大跨度斜拉桥的力学建模.

Abstract:When the mechanics analysis model of cable-stayed bridge is built up based on ANSYS,it is necessary to simulate cable force precisely. The cable force simulation is also the basis of further calculation. The matrix analysis method is proposed, which can take the mutual influence of cable forces into consideration. According to the new cyclic iteration formula, cable force is simulated exactly by means of element initial strain or temperature load. The method is verified by an example of one conceived cable-stayed bridge with 1400m span. The relative error of common cyclic iteration is about 5% ,but the error of new method is limited within 1%. The matrix analysis method spreads the common cyclic iteration method, and increases the simulation precision of cable forces.
