南京长江三桥钢索塔制作精度管理系统研究

摘    要:南京长江三桥为国内大跨度斜拉桥首次采用钢塔柱设计,钢塔柱节段间通过金属接触和高强螺栓连接两种方式传力,塔柱的线型主要在塔柱端面机加工过程中进行控制。通过介绍南京长江三桥钢塔柱精度管理系统研究成果,为国内今后大型桥梁钢塔柱精度控制提供借鉴。

Abstract:Nanjing 3rd Yangtze River Bridge is a large-span cable-stayed bridge, which adopts firstly the steel tower shaft design in China. The force between segments of steel tower shaft is transferred by metal contact and high strength bolt connection. The geometry of tower shaft is controlled mainly during the machining of end face of tower shaft. The research fruits of precision control system of tower shaft for Nanjing 3rd Yangtze River Bridge are introduced, which will provide references for the accuracy control of steel tower shaft for the future large bridge in China.
