摘    要:利用ANSYS软件建立了密集型母线槽的磁-热-应力耦合分析的二维模型.首先计算了三相五线制密集型母线槽的工频磁场、焦耳热;然后将焦耳热作为热源,通过间接耦合方法分析了母线槽内部的温度场,得出其导体及外壳上的温度分布;相应地将温度作为载荷,计算母线槽的应力场,得出母线槽由于热膨胀而产生的变形.

Abstract:The magnetic-thermal-stress model (2-D) of compact busbar trunking system was established and power frequency magnetic field and joule heat were calculated for three phases five conductors compact busbar trunking system in this paper. And considering joule heat as thermal resource, temperature field in the busbar trunking system was computed and analyzed. Finally, considering temperature as load, stress field was computed and distortion of busbar trunking system was obtained, which was formed because of thermal swell. In this process, the ANSYS software was used.
