摘    要:本文采用高效液相色谱外标法,在Waters公司的Sugar-PakⅠ专用糖柱上,利用示差折光检测器,成功地同步测定出墨西哥玉米和苏丹草中糖类的含量。该方法快速准确,以水作流动相,柱温为90℃,相关系数在0.9998以上,加标回收率为98.7%~103.2%,精密度较高,RSD为2.67%~3.10%。测定结果表明,不同留茬和不同密度的牧草各糖组分的含量是不一样的。

Abstract:A rapid method for the determination of carbohydrates in Euchsaena mexicana Schrad and Sorghum sudanense by high-performance liquid chromatography is described.The chromatography was carried out on a Sugar-Pak Ⅰ(300mm×6.5mmi.d)(at 90℃),using deionized water(0.0001M Calcium EDTA) and refractive index detector.The correlation coefficients were above 0.9998.The recovery rate of determination were 98.7%~103.2% and the precision were 2.67%~3.10%.The result of determination showed the content of carbohydrates is diverse from different rotations.
