| 摘 要： | 介绍了钛带卷的加工工艺、生产技术条件及国内钛带卷的生产现状。分析认为,国内钛带卷生产中存在的主要问题是生产技术掌握不完全,设备不配套,轧制工艺自控程度低;制约国内钛带卷工业化发展的主要因素是生产工艺相对落后及一次性投资过大。随着钛带卷加工技术的重大突破及各领域钛带用量需求不断增加,国内几条钛带卷生产线相继开工建设,将大力带动国内钛带卷工业的发展。

| Abstract: | The main problems of domestic industrial production process of titanium strip coil included not fully grasping of production technology,incomplete equipment,and the low level of automation rolling technology.Production technology was backward and one-time investment was too large in the field.With the increasing demands for titanium strip coil in various fields and the major breakthrough in processing technology,domestic several titanium strip coil production lines have been constructed one after another,which fill the blank of domestic industrial production of titanium strip coil. |
