PTA生产中降低醋酸消耗的探讨

摘    要:扬子石化PTA装置的醋酸消耗经历了从100kg/t—68kg/t—54kg/t的历程。降低醋酸消耗的技术有诸如加大单台反应器能力、采用DCS控制、中低温氧化技术、新型专用设备、共沸精馏技术等。扬子石化采用降温操作、共沸精馏和副产物回收利用,使醋酸消耗降至54kg/t。但此指标距先进水平仍有差距,正努力调优工艺,改造设备,力争把醋酸消耗降至44kg/t。

Discussion on reducing AcOH consumption in PTA production
Abstract:The AcOH consumption of PTA Plant in Yangzi Petrochemical Co.experienced the course from 100 kg/t,68 kg/t to 54 kg/t.The techniques to reduce the AcOH consumption were increasing the capacity of single reactor,using the DCS controlling system,using the mid low temperature oxidation technique,new equipments for special purpose and azeotropic rectifying technique etc.In Yangzi Petrochemical Co.the AcOH consumption was reduced to 54kg/t by the means of lower temperature operation,azeotropic rectifying,by product recovery and utilization.But this index still had difference with the advanced level.The Yangzi company is working hard to adjust the process,and to modify the equipments to lower the AcOH consumption to 44 kg/t.
