摘    要:熔铸33#AZS耐火砖添加少量脱硅锆或稀土氧化物的试验结果表明:该砖的相组成与显微结构得到改善。脱硅锆具有提高砖的玻璃相渗出温度和抗玻璃液侵蚀性能,以及减少气泡析出指数的作用。添加稀土氧化物可使砖的玻璃相渗出温度及粘度增高。前者更有利于提高该材料的性能和质量。

Abstract:The microstructure and properties of fused-cast 33# AZS refractory brick with additive of desilicated zirconia or rare earth oxides were studied. The resultS show that the phase compeition or microstructure of the brick were improved.The exudation temperature of glass phase and the corrosion resistance against glass were enhanced and the bubble formation index was decreased with addition of desilicated zirconiurn. The rare earth oxides mainly played the role of increasement of the exudation temperature and viareity of glass phase. The deSlicated zirconia additive is beneficial to manufacture the 33# AZS preducts of high property and quality.
