锅炉用水和冷却水中总磷含量测定影响因素研究

摘    要:按照GB/T6913—2008的方法测定锅炉用水和冷却水中的总磷含量,对测定过程进行了相关分析。主要研究了标准曲线的测定条件、比色皿的清洗、过程试剂对总磷测定结果的影响。另外,分析对比了实验过程中试样是否酸化处理、消解时间、消解后pH值的调节和显色时间对总磷测定的影响。从而减少测量误差,简化测定步骤,提高分析的准确度和测量结果的重复性。

Abstract:Determined boiler and cooling system water total phosphorus by method according to GB/T6913 -2008, to analyze the process of testing. Mainly to study effects of the measurement conditions of the standard curve, the cuvette cleaning and the process reagents on the determination of total phosphorus. In addition, to analyze and compare effects of total phosphorus testing, from the sample acidification treatment or not, resolution time, adjusting the pH value after resolution and chromogenie time. Reduce the measurement error, simplify the detection procedure, improve the accuracy of analysis results and repeatability of testing results.
