| 摘 要： | 本文采用分光光度法测定了几类常见食品中铁的含量。通过测定，我们发现几类样品中均含有铁，但是每种样品中铁含量差别很大。其中，含铁量最高的是肝脏类和蛋黄类食品，中等含铁量的是谷类食品，铁含量相对较低的是蔬菜和肉类。

Determination of Microelement Iron in Common Food Using Spectrophotometry |

| Abstract: | Iron content was determined in several common food by spectrometry. The result shows that iron exists in these foods but its content in different food differs a lot. The content of iron in vegetables and meat is low while in animal liver and egg yolk category food is high. The content of iron in grains food is medium. |
