分光光度法测定常见食品中铁的含量

摘    要:本文采用分光光度法测定了几类常见食品中铁的含量。通过测定,我们发现几类样品中均含有铁,但是每种样品中铁含量差别很大。其中,含铁量最高的是肝脏类和蛋黄类食品,中等含铁量的是谷类食品,铁含量相对较低的是蔬菜和肉类。

Determination of Microelement Iron in Common Food Using Spectrophotometry

Abstract:Iron content was determined in several common food by spectrometry. The result shows that iron exists in these foods but its content in different food differs a lot. The content of iron in vegetables and meat is low while in animal liver and egg yolk category food is high. The content of iron in grains food is medium.
