| Abstract: | The resettlement population for construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects can be divided into two groups: production resettlement population and emigration resettlement population. These two groups are different in attributes and concepts. This paper explores the relationships between the two groups and proposes a general calculation method to avoid double counting. |
