基于数字孪生的周公宅水库防洪“四预”系统构建与应用

摘    要:以构建数字孪生流域、开展智慧化模拟、支撑精准化决策为实现路径,利用天空地一体化空间数据底板、多维智能感知数据、以及专业模型网格数据和计算结果数据等几类多源异构数据,进行数据汇聚和融合,采用WebGL孪生引擎进行可视化展示,构建数字孪生流域;聚焦流域防洪数字化场景,通过山区集总式水文模型和洪水演进模型对洪水过程进行预报和模拟,形成包括预报调度一体化、区域联防预警一体化、模拟仿真预演、决策建议方案等功能的四预孪生系统。本文以周公宅水库为具体研究对象,探索了具有水库工程的中小流域数字孪生建设的相关关键技术和应用场景构建,提供了建设思路和案例参考。

Construction and Application of Reservoir ' Four Pretreatment ' System Based on Digital Twin : A Case Study of Zhougongzhai Reservoir

Abstract:With digital twin basins, intelligent simulations, and support accurate decision-making to achieve the path of digital twin construction, using several types of multi-source heterogeneous data such as sky-ground integrated spatial data baseplate, multi-dimensional intelligent perception data, and professional model grid data and calculation result data, data aggregation and integration are carried out. and webGL twin engines are used for visual display to build digital twin watersheds; focus on the digital scene of flood control in river basins, and forecast and simulate the flood process through mountain-based lumped hydrological models and flood evolution models. Form a four-pre-twin system including the integration of forecasting and scheduling, the integration of regional joint defense and early warning, simulation and rehearsal, decision-making and suggestion schemes. Taking the Zhougongzhai Reservoir as the specific research object, this paper explores the construction of key technologies and application scenarios related to the construction of digital twins in small and medium-sized river basins with reservoir projects, and provides construction ideas and case references.
