智能电网流程绩效管理趋势探析

通过对电网企业信息化发展过程及存在问题的分析，提出了建立电网企业业务流程绩效管理体系的迫切性。同时在对当前国内外业务流程管理方法研究的基础上，提出制定电网企业流程绩效管理的方法体系，并给出实施方法。通过这一工作希望从宏观上提升电网企业智能化电网流程绩效决策分析和管理水平，使企业少走弯路，提高效益。

Investigation on Process Performance Management for Smart Grid

On the basis of an analysis on the enterprise information network development process and existing problems, the paper elucidates the urgency and necessity to establish the performance management system for business processes of power grid enterprises. While referring to common performance management methods adopted both at home and abroad, the paper proposes a set of methods of business process performance management system and specific implementations. The proposed methods are supposed to enhance decision-making process and general management to avoid detours and improve efficiency.
