考虑风电场影响的地区电网孤网运行分析

摘    要:针对地区电网中大规模风电场可能引起的稳定问题,在PSS/E中建立了含大规模风电场的66 kV及以上等级电网模型,分析了有无风电场出力,以及极端情况导致的地区电网孤网情况的暂态稳定性。仿真结果表明,风电场规模较大时,会影响地区电网的频率恢复。孤网情况下瞬时切除风电场,将导致地区电网电源不足,可通过切除部分负荷的措施保证电网稳定。

Analysis of Isolated Operation of Regional Grid Based on Wind Farm

Abstract:Simulation model of power grid over 66 kV and above voltage levels with large scale wind farms is established in PSS/E. This model is used to analyze the stability which is caused by wind farm in the regional power grid. Transition stability is studied under cases of various outputs of wind farm, and isolated operation caused by some extract situations. The simulation results show that the frequency recovering will be influenced by too large scale wind farm. Transition cutoff of wind farm during island operation will lead to lack of resources, and this can be improved by cutting off some loads to ensure the stability of grid.
