龙羊峡水库年末运行水位控制研究

摘    要:龙羊峡多年调节水库年末运行水位控制是关系到黄河上游梯级水电站整体效益的关键问题。在分析影响龙羊峡龙刘两水库年末运行水位主要因素的基础上,结合黄河上游梯级水库联合调度的特点,建立了龙羊峡水库模拟调度模型,拟定以三个来水典型年和不同起调水位的组合方案,在满足下游综合用水基本要求的前提下,重点从发电量和弃水概率两方面分析论证了龙羊峡水库年末运行水位的合理控制区域。研究成果对今后龙羊峡水库调度运行和其他类似多年调节水库的调度具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:It is the key question touching on the economic result of cascaded reservoirs as a whole for operation water level control at end of year in upper reaches of Yellow River. Basing on the main factors affecting operation water level at end of year in Longyangxia Reservoir, taking into account of the characteristic of unified dispatch of cascaded reservoirs in upper reaches of Yellow River, a simulating dispatch model is established. A comprehensive scheme combining three typical years of water measure and different threshold level is formulated on the premise of meeting the basic need of water overall usage of lower reaches, a reasonable control margin of operation water level of Longyangxia Reservoir at end of year is analyzed focusing on generated energy and desert amount of water probability. It is of referable value to dispatch and operation of Longyangxia Reservoir and other similar yearly regulated reservoirs.
