| 摘 要： | 现阶段中国发展食品工业旅游具备一系列的有利条件，存在着深刻的必然性。食品工业旅游在呈现出良好发展态势的同时，还存在来自发展环境、理念认识、产品开发设计与队伍建设方面的问题。通过对长沙市发展食品工业旅游模式的剖析，指出未来发展食品工业旅游要注重在政策、环境、产品及队伍方面寻求对策。

Facing good prospects, food industry tourism yet confronts problems from of the development environment, concept, design of product development, and team construction. Through analyzing the food tourism mode of Changsha, in the future, developing food tourism needs explore useful ways on policy, environment, products and staff. |
