| 摘 要： | 针对全国各城市的经济发展状况和电网建设情况，提出在做城市电网规划时，10 kV中压配电网在不同的城市和电网发展的不同时期应该采用的接线模式。在此基础上，探讨了电网应如何安全、可靠地过渡到目标年网架。

| Abstract: | In line with the general economic development and power grid construction in the urban areas of the country, this paper proposes the appropriate wiring patterns for the 10 kV medium voltage distribution network for the urban power grid planning in different cities and at the different stages of the power grid development. On this basis, it discusses how to keep the power grid safe and reliable in transition to the target. |
