| Abstract: | In the construction of wind farms, it is essential to establish the early warning mechanism to tackle potential dangers and risks, and to perfect the emergence management and rescue system. Based upon the actual practice in the wind-power construction, together with the practical situation in the wind farm construction, this paper presents some discussions on identifying sources of dangers and risks, and the emergency management for wind power construction. |
