Abstract: | Liquefaction of the sand subsoil foundation would may occur in earthquakes and under other dynamic loads, resulting in loss of foundation bearing capacity and the uneven settlement of the basis, and even causing tilting or even toppling of towers. Through analyzing the conditions of liquefaction formations and their characteristics, this paper proposes effective measures on in reducing the liquidation effect and even totally or partially eliminating the liquefaction settlement in the design of the transmission line tower foundation. |
