配电网无功优化规划及控制系统

针对现在我国电网无功优化的建设情况，提出要加强配电网的无功优化建设，尤其要把无功优化的前期规划与无功优化的控制系统结合起来，切实提高无功优化的实用化水平。简要介绍了无功优化前期规划的基本方法和无功优化控制系统的组成和基本调节原理。

Reactive Power Planning and Control System for Distribution Networks

In line with the existing current conditions of the reactive power planning in the power grids, this paper called for more efforts in the reactive power planning, and in particular, should combine the prior planning with the control system of reactive power to improve the practicability of the reactive power optimization. And this paper made a brief introduction of the basic methods of the prior planning of reactive power and composition and basic regulating principles of the optimized control system for reactive power.
