大峡水电站技术供水系统技术改造

摘    要:大峡水电站受洮河和湟水河支流影响,汛期来水含沙量大,且夹带大量杂物、杂草。经过近10 a的运行,原技术供水系统已不能满足机组高效运行,通过改造安装闭式循环冷却水系统对原有的供水设备进行全面改造,成功地解决了泥沙、漂浮物、结垢等长期困扰电站供水系统运行的问题。对技术改造从方案论证、设备选型、施工安装、调试运行等方面进行了分析总结。

Abstract:Influenced by flood from the Tao River and tributaries of the Huangshui River, there are a lot of sediment, debris and weeds in the flowing pasting through Daxia Hydropower Station during the flood seasons. After nearly a decade of operation, the original water supply system can''t meet the need of generating unit to run efficiently, so that the supply system has to rebuilt by installing a closed cooling cycle system. The alternation was carried out from Oct. 2007 to May 2008. After alternation, the problems bothered supply system for a long time, such as the sediment, floating matter, scum, etc. have been resolved successfully. The approach reasoning, equipment selection, construction, installation, operation and other aspects of the technological transformation are analyzed and summarized in this paper.
