摘    要:对比了国内外各标准对110 kV XLPE电缆交流耐压试验时间参数选取的不同要求;通过固体电介质击穿理论的分析,提出由局部性缺陷发展逐渐导致介质击穿需要较长的发展时间。总结现场试验经验发现,除少数极为严重的缺陷会在极短时间内暴露外,大部分缺陷是从局部逐渐发展导致电缆击穿,选择5 min试验时间不足以使缺陷暴露的,而选择60 min是较为合理的。

Abstract:This paper compared the different criteria in selecting the test time parameter for 110 kV cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) cables in the different codes and standards both at home and abroad. Based on analyses in line with the solid dielectric breakdown theory, it concluded that it takes a long time for a partial fault to develop gradually to the dielectric breakdown. According to the actual site tests, except a small number of serious faults which could be exposed in a very short time, most faults, started from partial ones, turned into breakdowns slowly over time. Selection of 5 minutes as the test time is inadequate for explosion of faults, while the relatively more appropriate test time should be 60 minutes.
