| Abstract: | This paper looks back on the history of wind power development since the past three decades of reform and opening up, and elaborates the problems encountered and corresponding advices in price policy, market supervision, grid connected and transportation, and equipment manufacturing, etc. Finally, this paper concludes that the development of wind power industries should follow the road of high quality development and construction. |
