| 摘 要： | 甜菊糖苷是一种天然甜味刑，在酸性条件下水解为异甜菊醇。异甜菊醇具有降血压、降血糖、抗炎和抗肿瘤等生理活性。本文对异甜菊醇及其衍生物在抗炎、抗肿瘤、手性催化和分子识别方面的应用研究进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Isosteviol is obtained by acid hydrolysis of stevioside which is used as a natural sweet glycoside,it has been found that isosteviol has good biological activities including antihypertension,antihyperglycemia,anti inflammatory and antitumor.In this paper,the applied research advancement of isosteviol and its derivatives in anti-inflammatory,antitumor,chiral catalysts,molecular recognition are reviewed. |
