| 摘 要： | 以美伐他汀产生菌桔青霉NS-3-16为出发菌株,经紫外诱变及平板筛选后,再经摇瓶筛选、复筛,获得一株美伐他汀高产菌株NS-7-04。在50 L发酵罐中,以蔗糖为炭源,以蛋白胨、黄豆粉等为氮源的培养基中培养9~11 d,美伐他汀产率可达9.25 g/L。经传代5次后,菌株的美伐他汀产率仍基本稳定。

| Abstract: | The Penicillium citrinum NS-3-16 as the parent strain was mutagenized by UV.After preliminary screening by plates and secondary screening by shake flasks,finally a high yield and stable strain named NS-7-04 was obtained.After 9~11days fermentation in a 50 L fermentation tank,with sucrose as carbon source and peptone,soybean cake powder as nitrogen source,the NS-7-04 gave a Mevastatin output of 9.25 g/ L.After five-generation,the output of Mevastatin had been proved stable. |
