胡家河主井井架设计方案优选

摘    要:井架是煤矿和其他金属矿山的标志性构筑物。对较深层煤炭或其他金属资源的开采方式有立井开采和斜井开采两大方案,其中立井开采时钢井架多为首选方案。胡家河主井井架为西北地区目前规模最大的提升钢井架。通过对结构体系方案的选用、结构分析方法的采用以及结构材料及防腐技术的对比分析,对工程进行了优化。结果表明,所采用的方案具有较好的技术经济效益。

Abstract:Headframe is the landmark structure of coal mine and other metal mines.For a deep coal or other metal resources , there are two mining means : shaft mining and slope mining , a steel headframe is the first selection scheme when using shaft mining.The main shaft headframes of Hujia River mine in northwest region is the largest ascending steel head at present.Through the selection of structure system , the method of structure analysis and the comparative analysis of the structural material and anticorrosion technology , the design has been optimized.The results show that the scheme has achieved better technical and economic effects.
