摘    要:研究了奥贝球铁、下贝球铁及与其基体组织相同的钢的滑动磨损性能。实验结果表明 :在一定条件下 ,石墨对等温淬火球铁耐磨性无补而有损。由于奥贝球铁的转折载荷随摩擦速度的提高而增大 ,当转速为 980r/min ,载荷 >6 8 6N时 ,等温淬火球铁的耐磨性优于钢

Abstract:In this paper, we examined the sliding wear characteristies of a ductile iron austempered to austenite upper bainite and lower bainite and steel with same composition and structure as the matrix of the ductile iron. The experimental results show that under certain conditions, the graphite in austempered ductile iron is not favorable for wear resistance. Because the transition load of the ductile iron with austenite upper bainite is increased with wear spped. And when the rotating speed is 980r/min and the load is larger than 68.6 N, the wear resistance of austempered ductile iron is superior to that of steel.
