Research on Reform of Coal Administration System after Coal Mining Enterprise Merger or Restructure

Shanxi and Henan Provinces have taken the lead in merging and restructuring the coal mining enterprises. Following this, the State Council decided to introduce this measure to all over the coal-producing provinces in China. Thus, it has changed the system of administering of coal mining enterprises, and even brought about a couple of problems such as the changes of relationship of administrative subordination and administrative systems. Therefore, coal administrative management should pay close attention to study and define the administrative functions, subject, items, and to affirm the examining system as well as the legal duties in order to take precautions.
