宝钢焦炭强度预测和配煤煤质控制

摘    要:在总结国内外炼焦配煤控制方法的基础上,确定了宝钢焦炭强度预测和配煤煤质控制方法的基本思想,构筑了一种新的预测焦炭强度的参数CCI。根据试验获得的数据,采用多元逐步回归进行了焦炭强度的预测,宝钢焦炉焦炭的DI15^150、CRI和CS折预测值与实测值有关很好的相关关系。

Abstract:The basic concept of the coke strength prediction and the quality control of coal blending at Baosteel and a new parameter of CCI(composition caking index) are established based on the existing petrographical theory and the control method of coking coal both at home and abroad.The result of the coke strength prediction by multi gradual regression analysis according to the experimental data shows that the predicted DI 150 15 ,CRI and CSR of the coke from Baosteel coking batteries are well coincidental with its measured values.
