高耐蚀性镀锌层蓝白色钝化工艺的研制

摘    要:为了解决镀锌层蓝白色钝化膜抗盐雾性能差,难以满足产品电镀技术条件要求的问题.实验成功了一种高耐蚀性三价铬蓝白色钝化剂和一种采用普通三价铬蓝白色钝化工艺而后罩上一层高性能的钝化膜保护剂的方法,镀锌层δ在8μm以上,两种工艺获得的蓝白色钝化膜盐雾试验均能达到120 h以上.

Abstract:For the sake of improving the corrosion resistance of blue passivating film,a trivalent chromium blue passivant with high corrosion-resistance and a method of protective top layer with high performance were developed by experiments.When the thickness of zinc coating was more than 8 μm,both of the blue passivation process could pass 120 h NSS test.
