钢轨表面堆焊修复新技术

摘    要:随着我国高速轨道交通的快速发展,高密度、大轴重、高速度使得钢轨的表面伤损日趋严重,未来几年,轨道伤损将逐步进入高峰期,研究轨道延寿技术将是我国铁路运输面临的艰巨任务,这对保障铁路的安全可靠运行、节约运输成本至关重要。针对国外先进轨道焊接修复技术要求及应用情况,从国内伤损钢轨的修复技术需求、堆焊材料研究开发现状等方面进行了分析,并对新型自保护药芯焊丝修复钢轨技术进行了分析和思考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of Chinese high-speed rail transit,high-density,axle load,speed makes the rail surface injury is becoming more serious in the next few years,orbital injury is gradually reaching a peak,the research track life extension technology will be China’s railway transportation faced with the arduous task of railway safety and reliable operation,saving transportation costs is essential.Aiming at the technical requirements and application of rail surfacing repairing abroad,this paper analyzes the requirments of rail surfacing repairing technology,the research and development status of cladding materials in our country,and also analyzes a new self-shielded flux cored wire to be applied on the rail surfacing repairing.
