粉芯丝材在表面与再制造技术中的应用

粉芯丝材是材料表面工程和装备再制造技术中常用的一类耗材,通过用金属带材包裹不同类型的填充粉末(如:金属、合金、碳化物、氧化物等)构成,大大扩展了粉芯丝材的成分和应用,也可提高沉积金属层的质量,在许多抗磨、耐蚀热喷涂和焊接工程应用中得到成功应用,其中铁基粉芯丝材由于其较好的经济性应用最广。对粉芯丝在热喷涂和堆焊工程中的典型应用进行简介,实际工程中正确选择粉芯丝材和再制造技术对提高技术水平和产品性能具有重要的意义。

Application of cored wires for surface engineering and remanufacturing technology

Cored wires are the common types of consumable materials used for surface engineering and remanufacturing technology.A metal sheath combined with various types of fillers(metals,alloys,carbides,oxides,etc.) makes it possible to widen the capabilities of cored wires with regard to the compositions and the applications,as well as the deposited metals quality.The varied demands of maintenance thermal spraying and welding make cored wires the ideal choice for many applications.Iron-based cored wires are the most economical alloys available for wide range of wear and/or corrosion resistance applications.In this article,typical applications of cored wires are discussed on thermal spraying and hardfacing.The correct selection of cored wires and remanufacturing methods for engineering applications is an important part of both technological advancement and high quality products.
