高速牵引电机加油管断裂原因分析及对策

摘    要:高速牵引电机在检修维护过程中,电机油堵拆卸时出现油管断裂,对营运车辆的检修造成极大影响。分析高速牵引电机加油管与端盖的焊接结构、焊接工艺的可靠性,以及油堵拧松扭矩增大的原因,探讨加油管焊接方法、焊接结构对油堵拧松扭矩的影响。采用扭矩试验考核焊接接头所承受扭矩情况,结果表明,采用钨极惰性气体保护焊(TIG)代替富氩气体保护焊,可以解决狭窄区域焊缝成形问题,且焊接接头机械性能好;通过增加加油管与端盖的连接焊缝,设立受力支点,能承受较大的扭矩,及时杜绝加油管断裂事故的发生,保证了营运车辆的正常检修和维护。

Abstract:During high-speed traction motor repairing and maintenance,the motor oil pipeline rupture occurs when blocking demolition,repair of commercial vehicles of great impact.In this paper,welded structure of high-speed traction motor fuel pipe and end caps,the reliability of welding process,several key studies focused on analysis of the oil block to loosen reasons for the increased torque to explore the welding method for fuel pipe,welding structure of the oil block loosen the torque effect,using the torque test assessment of welded joints to withstand the torque,the results show that using tungsten inert gas welding(TIG),instead of argon-rich gas shielded arc welding,can be solved narrow weld zone problem,and good mechanical properties of welded joints.By increasing the fuel pipe and end cap weld connections,set up by the fulcrum force,able to withstand greater torque,a pipeline rupture in time to prevent accidents and ensure the operation normal vehicle repair and maintenance.
