锌锰系磷化膜硅烷封闭工艺研究

摘    要:通过单因素对比实验研究了不同硅烷偶联剂和添加剂对磷化膜封闭的影响,并利用加速腐蚀试验方法和电化学测试技术对硅烷封闭的磷化膜进行了性能测试。结果表明,采用3%硅烷偶联剂KH-560,5g/L硝酸铈的封闭液对锌锰系磷化膜封闭处理后,磷化膜中性盐雾试验72h未见腐蚀。极化曲线测试表明阴阳极过程都受到抑制,且经硅烷封闭的磷化膜自腐蚀电流明显降低。

Abstract:Impacts of different silane coupling agent and additives on phosphate coating were studied by single factor test,properties of the phosphating film were investigated by accelerated corrosion test and electrochemical test.Results showed that after the zinc-manganese phosphate coating was treated by using of sealing fluid containing 3%KH-560 and 5 g/L cerous nitrate,phosphating film had not been corroded on neutral salt spray test for 72 h.The Taffel polarization curve of phosphate coating discovered that anodic and cathodic process were inhibited.The free-corrosion curent of phosphating film sealed by silence sealing fluid was obviously decreased.
