摘    要:长期以来我国的传统表面工程技术存在制作成本过高、不能普遍适用和环境污染严重等问题,难以满足各个行业对关键零配件的表面处理的大量需求.以常温冷熔、逆变脉冲电刷镀、胶接与粘涂三项核心技术为基础组成的奥宇可鑫机械零件特种修复技术,是表面工程维修领域新兴的一项复合修理技术.与传统技术相比,具有常温修复、结合强度高、修复精度高、修复位置准确灵活、修复量可控精确等先进性.并具有低成本、普遍适用、可在线修复和可操作性强的特点,很好地解决了各行业机械零件修复难题,不产生环境污染.为企业节约宝贵的生产抢修时间,并且为国家节约不可再生资源.

Abstract:The problems in traditional surface engineering technology are mainly in higher cost and serious pollution of the environment.It is hard to meet the needs to the surface treatment of the different machine parts from various industries.Three key technologies in Aoyuksin are based on room temperature cold fusion,brush plating,adhesive bonding & coating with remarkable advantages compared with traditional technology.It could save both in time and resource for industial consumers.
