-40℃低温分离器埋弧焊焊丝的应用

摘    要:中石油重点工程的土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸天然气处理厂配套的压力容器均由四川油建容器厂制造,其中脱烃装置有四台低温分离器。该设备主体材料16MnDR,壁厚34 mm和36 mm,要求对接焊缝应做-40℃的KV2冲击试验。我国相关标准对16MnDR只推荐了焊条牌号,其余焊接方法和焊材均未推荐。采用埋弧焊方法效率高、质量好,在综合考虑了机械和化学性能后,采用大西洋CHW-SG埋弧焊焊丝和CHF102A焊剂按JB4708标准进行焊接工艺评定合格,顺利应用于低温分离器焊接,满足产品要求和完成制造,至今设备已安全运行三年多。

Abstract:Natural gas processing plant placed at the right bank of Amu Darya River in Turkmenistan is the key project of CNPC(China National Petroleum Corporation),and its matched pressure vessels are made by Vessel Plant of Sichuan Petroleum Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and there are four low temperature separator in off-hydrocarbon device.The main material of separator is 16MnDR,its wall thickness is 34mm and 36mm,and butt weld should get KV2 impact test at-40 ℃.Related national standards for 16 MnDR only recommend electrode brand,and other welding methods and materials are not recommended.The submerged arc welding method has high efficiency and good quality,with comprehensive consideration of guaranteeing mechanical and chemical properties,Atlantic CHW-SG submerged arc welding wire and CHF102A flux are adopted,and get qualified welding procedure qualification according to JB4708 standard,as well as successfully applies in low temperature separator welding,and meets product requirements and manufacture.This equipment has been safely operated for more than three years.
