摘    要:实验研究了一种适用于钢铁的常温环保型黑色转化膜处理技术,通过考察溶液组分及工艺参数对膜层耐蚀性能的影响,获得了膜层制备的最佳条件,硫酸铜点滴法检验耐蚀时间可达174s,并探讨了成膜机理。

Abstract:An environmental-friendly technology of black conversion coating for steel at room temperature was studied by experiments,the optimum condition for the coating preparation was developed by examining the effects of solution component and process paramenter on the coating’s corrosion resistance.The anti-corrosion time of coating could up to 174 s in CuSO4 titration test.The formation mechanism of coating was also discussed in this paper.
