高中压外缸裂纹修复工艺

摘    要:分析汽轮机高中压缸缸体出现裂纹的原因和材质ZG15Cr2Mo1的焊接性,针对材质、裂纹状态、外缸工作状态,选用适合的焊接材料加以补焊,满足其性能要求。通过制定严格的焊接工艺措施,设计合理的坡口形式,有效释放了应力,避免产生焊接裂纹,顺利完成了修复任务。

Abstract:The cracks which were existed on surface of the cylinder,component of the turbine block,and the welding characteristic of the material of ZG15Cr2Mo1,was analyzed in this article.The welding material was used for welding,according the material characteristic,cracks status,work status of the cylinder,to meet the performance requirements.The repair task was completed successfully through making a strict welding process,the design groove forms,an effective release of stress,avoiding weld cracks.
