摘    要:铁道车辆进一步高速化、重载化,为提高高速列车关键耐磨耐蚀零部件的使用性能和降低列车维护成本,迫切要求研究具有良好的高温力学性能、摩擦性能和更长使用寿命的耐磨损材料,研究能够满足使用性能要求的表面涂层技术。发展表面工程对于提高零件的使用寿命和可靠性,改善机械设备的性能质量,增强产品的竞争能力,解决引进设备零备件的修复和国产化问题,支持新技术与高技术的发展,以及节约材料、能源等各方面都具有重要意义。

Abstract:With further high-speed and overloaded of railway vehicles,in order to increase wear and corrosion resistance performance of the key parts and decrease the maintenance costs,there is an urgent requirement with good high temperature mechanical properties,better friction performance and longer service life of the wear resistance material,surface coating technology to meet the performance requirements.Development of surface engineering to improve the life and reliability of the parts,to improve the quality of the performance of machinery and equipment,to enhance the competitiveness of products,to solve the problem of the introduction,repair and localization of equipment,spare parts,to support the development of new technologies and high-tech,as well as saving materials energy is of great significance.
