单电源脉冲热丝TIG焊控制电路

摘    要:为了解决热丝TIG焊中主电源与热丝电源的同步问题,减少热丝TIG焊的磁偏吹,设计了以80C196KC单片机为核心的控制电路和以SG3525为核心的PWM调制电路的单电源脉冲热丝TIG焊机控制系统。介绍控制系统的结构和工作原理,讨论脉宽调制电路、驱动电路、恒值采样反馈电路、保护电路、参数预置与显示电路的组成及工作原理。使用整机进行低频脉冲热丝TIG焊堆焊试验,试验证明控制电路有较好的适用性。

Abstract:For solving the synchronized problem between the main power source and the hot-wire power source in the hot-wire TIG welding,reduced the magnetic blow of the hot-wire TIG welding.The control system based on the core of the control circuit with MCU-80C196KC and the core of the PWM modulate circuit with SG3525 for the pulse hot-wire TIG welding with single power source is introduced in this paper.The control system structure and working principle is introduced.The pulse width modulate circuit,driving circuit,sampling circuit,protecting circuit,parameters preset and display circuit are respectively analyzed.Finally,the applicability of the control circuit is proved through the test of surfacing welding with low frequent hot wire TIG power source.
