摘    要:为解决超细颗粒焊剂约束电弧超窄间隙焊接的焊丝准确送入与夹紧力调节、焊丝与板式导电嘴的接触导电以及板式导电嘴与超窄间隙侧壁的防接触等问题,设计了一种适合于超窄间隙焊接的焊枪。该焊枪焊接时,焊丝在送丝轮推动下经导丝管进入两块板式导电嘴间的圆弧槽内并被弹性夹紧力夹紧,而后被准确送入超窄间隙内与垫板接触引弧。试验结果表明,该焊枪能够满足超细颗粒焊剂约束电弧超窄间隙焊接的要求,获得了成形良好的超窄间隙焊缝。

Abstract:To solve the problems of Ultra-narrow Gap Welding with Ultra-fine Granular Flux Constricting Arc.A kind of welding torch is designed in this paper.The problems which conclude feeding wire accurately and adjustment of clamping force,the conduct of wire and flat contact tube and the anti-contact of flat contact tube with sidewalls and so on.While welding,wire is driven by the wire wheel through the guide wire tube into circular slot between the two flat contact tube and clamped by elastic clamping force,then being sent to ultra-narrow gap and being welded.The results show that the welding torch can meet the requirements of Ultra-narrow Gap Welding with Ultra-fine Granular Flux Constricting Arc,and a good weld is obtained.
