滚镀光亮镍镀液的维护

摘    要:滚镀光亮镍存在的一些问题,需要在生产过程中才能发现并得以解决。总结了维护滚镀光亮镍镀液的经验,分析了镀液性能以及工艺参数对生产成本的影响。选用分散能力高的镀液是降低镀镍成本的有效措施。提高镀液的导电性,采用较低的电压并增加阳极面积,在较低温度和较高pH条件下施镀,可以降低光亮剂的消耗,提高镀液的稳定性。

Abstract:Some problems existing in bright nickel barrel plating,could be founded and resolved in production process.Maintenance experiences of the barrel nickel plating bath were summarized,and effects of the bath performance and processing parameters on production cost were discussed.By selecting nickel plating bath with higher throwing power,the production cost could be decreased.Under higher electrical conductibility and pH value of plating bath,lower voltage and temperature and larger anodic area,the consumption of brightener could be reduced,and stability of the plating bath could improved.
